But here’s the catch: I really admit that I’m a certified chocolate lover so most of the Shakeology recipes here are mostly for chocoholics out there. However, I also included some Shakeology recipes for Greenberry fanatics just to make some sort of balance. Anyways, Shakeology is probably one of the most “flexible” meal replacements out there so everyone is free to think outside the box and make innovative recipes with natural and healthy Shakeology ingredients.

So, hurry up and either share this blog entry with people you know who have a sweet tooth problem like me every once in a while or bookmark this page to get a taste of some of the most well loved Shakeology recipes.

Reese’s Pieces | One of My Favorite Shakeology Recipes

Before we can proceed, I will just give you a brief overview on how I started using Shakeology. During the second month of my P90X program, I decided to try Shakeology to further boost my weight loss goals. I was hesitant at first but after only few days of using it, significant changes suddenly became apparent. I was able to curb my appetite, lose more weight, increase my stamina, improve my moods and get sounder sleep. The benefits were more than what I bargained for and when I tried putting some twist to my favourite Chocolate-flavored Shakeology, my taste buds just couldn’t get enough of it.

Out of all the Shakeology recipes I have ever tried, Reese’s Pieces never fails to be a stand-out. You can easily prepare this award-winning recipe by combining and blending the following ingredients:
1. Single pack of Chocolate Shakeology.
2. 8 ounces of water.
3. Two tablespoons of all-natural peanut butter.
4. Two tablespoons of raw local honey.
My verdict: Five out of five stars for simply being irresistible and so good that you will actually feel guilty after drinking it.

Chocolate-flavored Shakeology recipes can also be prepared as sweet healthy snacks aside from the traditional drinks we always get a taste of. Now, if you want an easy way to munch some chocolate cookies without the need of time-consuming, oven-baked recipes, then this oatmeal-and-Shakeology-rolled-into-one recipe must be the one you’re looking for:

Mix 1 cup of Chocolate Shakeology powder, 1 cup of all-natural peanut butter, 1 cup of quick-cook oatmeal and 1/3 cup of raw local honey in a bowl and then roll them into bite-size balls using your clean hands. You can roll these balls or sprinkle them with some nuts, cinnamon or graham cracker nuts.

This recipe is perfect for chocolate lovers who either want to try something new to satisfy their taste buds or make use of some nutritious ingredients in the kitchen without adding too much calories in the diet.

Another great addition to your list of favorite chocolate Shakeology recipes is the Shakeology Frozen Oat Bar which can be prepared by combining:

1 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology powder, ¼ cup of peanut butter, ½ cup of cooked and rolled oats, ½ banana and 1 scoop of chocolate-flavored whey protein powder together and then freezing them in a baking pan for 1 to 2 hours before serving.

Shakeology Recipes for Greenberry Lovers
I’m not a fan of Greenberry Shakeology recipes much but from what I heard, they really taste good for some people. Perhaps my taste buds just don’t like Greenberry as much as chocolate so I will just stick to my love affair with Chocolate Shakeology.

Anyways, I’ve asked some people about their favorite Greenberry Shakeology recipes and most of them gave me two names:

  1. Blues Buster
  2. Creamy Berry Fushion.

Here are the recipes for each:

Blues Buster – To prepare this drink, just combine all the following ingredients together:

  • 1/2 cup combined frozen blueberries and blackberries
  • 3/4 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon non-fat blueberry yogurt
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 scoop of Greenberry Shakeology and ice to taste

Creamy Berry Fushion– Mix the following ingredients together:

  • 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
  •  1/4 cup raspberries
  •  ½ cup water,
  •  ¼ cup non-fat milk
  •  ice to taste and 1 scoop of Greenberry Shakeology.
